We offer delivery via the Australian Post network within Australia. We currently do not offer a click and collect service. Please take a moment to read the delivery information below and if you have any unanswered questions please get in touch.
Shipping costs
We have tried to make shipping costs as transparent and as fair as possible by using Australia Post to deliver your order. Once you have added items to your shopping cart please fill in the details for the shipping costs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched from Broome, Western Australia, within 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch we will send you a notification email and your order should arrive within 3-11 business days for standard delivery and 1-5 business days for express delivery.
Express Post
If you have placed your order before 10AM, you can expect your order to be dispatched the same day. If your order was placed after 10AM your order will be dispatched next business day.
Who will deliver my order?
We use the Australia Post system to deliver all of our online orders.
How can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been sent via Australian Post by us, you might be able to use MyPost to change your address or have it left it in a safe place.
This is a free service provide by our courier Australia Post. This is the responsibility of the customer.
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The standard Australia Post procedures apply, usually a card will be left indicating where you can collect your item from.
I haven’t received my order – now what?
On the rare occasion that delivery has taken longer than anticipated please email info@stompemground.com.au. Our friendly staff will take a look at your order details and find out more details.
